MAKING A RETURN

We want you to be satisfied with your psbearwear.com purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return at no cost to you, provided:

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund, or merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items. Refunds for items returned after 30 days of original purchase will be in the form of a gift card at the current retail price.  We do ask that you cover the cost of shipping the items back to the store, sadly we are not Amazon (smile).

WITHIN 30 DAYS Full-Price Items

CANNOT RETURN Personalized Items Items bought at sale prices (Clearance). Gift Boxes

WATCHES Watches must be in perfect condition, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers attached. To return watches, please call (760) 323 8940.

ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

It could take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

PURCHASES WITH CREDIT CARDS          Any credit will be refunded to the original tender.

PURCHASES WITH GIFT CARDS If any portion of your purchase was paid for by gift card, you will receive the full value of your return on a psbearwear.com Virtual Gift Card.

PURCHASES WITH PAYPAL OR PAYPAL CREDIT PayPal purchases will be reimbursed directly to your PayPal or PayPal Credit account.

MAKING A RETURN TO BEAR WEAR ON ARENAS ROAD.

For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail.  You can also make a return on items purchased on psbearwear.com in the physical brick and mortar store.

All returns must conform to the guidelines of our return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
